David Levesque - Attorney

Attorney David Levesque was raised in a commercial fishing family near Ellsworth and has made Midcoast Maine his home for the past 20+ years. He is an active supporter of his community and has provided legal services to the Midcoast and beyond for more than 20 years. As a graduate of UMaine Law and a past president of the Maine Bar Association, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience about what it means to be a lawyer serving Mainers. He is active in the small business community and provides legal advice and services to individuals and business owners alike.

Elliot Boyle - Associate Attorney

Elliot Boyle is a native Hoosier, having only made his way to Maine in 2020. His professional and educational background is grounded in community lawyering. He is actively working towards becoming an attorney to better serve Levesque Law’s clients. As someone new to his community and to the practice of law, he is always ready to meet a new face and explore new areas of the law.

Dorothy Peters - Business Manager

Dorothy’s career spans over 35 years in finance and business administration in Maine and New York. Her expertise in organizing, bookkeeping, development, and fundraising for private and public sector organizations has contributed to managing several successful capital campaigns on their behalf. Dorothy has served as Recording Secretary for the Newcastle Board of Selectmen and a volunteer at St. Patrick’s Church of All Saints Parish, Newcastle, and Lincoln County Community Theater, Damariscotta. Dorothy holds an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Maine.

Sue Foye - Paralegal

Sue has long experience in the legal world having worked as a Legal Assistant for several law firms in the Mid-Coast area for the past 37 years. Sue grew up and still resides in Wiscasset. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends in this area, as well as traveling to Georgia to spend time with family and her almost two-year old granddaughter.

Jessica Potter - Legal Assistant

Jessica’s career spans over 25 years within the public and private sectors of the Medical Field and Business Administration in Maine and Rhode Island. She earned an associate degree from the University of Phoenix and strives daily to demonstrate her expertise and dedication to customer service, organization, database & time management, and teamwork.

Jessica is a member of the National Notary Association, an advocate for The Autism Project and Special Olympics, and is delighted to be of assistance to her community.
