PRIVACY POLICY
Levesque Law will not use your personal information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was submitted without your consent.
We take attorney-client confidentiality very seriously and will defend your rights to the fullest extent possible by law and ethical standards of professional responsibility that apply to all attorneys in Maine, except when required to do otherwise, such as those circumstances described below.

We will release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities as follows: if release is required by law (for example, by a subpoena or pursuant to the Patriot Act), by regulation, or when requested by a government agency conducting any investigation or proceeding; if our records indicate a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of; or if your communication suggests possible physical harm to others.
Our website does not track, collect, or distribute visitors' personal information. However, our site logs generate certain non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits.
